"Ask for Hannon, avoid Kirk. Hannon seems to be thorough, whereas Kirk seems like she wants you gone as soon as possible. First time I went in I saw her for like 5 mins total just to leave with a prescription and what felt like she just rushed me out. Second time I went in a few months later with the same symptoms and told her the prescription isn't doing much, so she just re prescribed it and shut me down, albeit she was reassuring and kind but again felt like she wasn't listening to me and just wanted me out. Again ask for Hannon if you really want to use this office she's been my family Dr basically my whole life and always seems to be thorough, never had a problem with her."

They will forget your insurance exist and bill you personally instead, they will make you wait obscene amounts of time and they will never manage to keep your records. 10 years my kids have been coming here and it's been 10 years of hell"
