"My husband has been seeing Dr. Osborne for many years, as does my son in law. He has always been right on top of things, and has always taken excellent care of both of them. Just a couple of years ago I decided to become a patient as well, but wanted a female provider, and was set up for an appointment with Maleah Walters N.P. My very first visit, she discovered that I had Afib, just may have saved my life. Sent me to a cardiologist, to find out it was not good. The second visit with Maleah, I had told her that I was experiencing great pain every morning with my joints being very stiff she ran a series of blood work and said by looking at my hands she could tell that I have rheumatoid arthritis but needed the confirmation through the blood work. The blood work was positive and she sent me to a rheumatologist. The one thing I want to tell you about these providers is they really listen to what you say, and they really care about your health and what is best for you. With every appointment they spend time with us making sure that we are satisfied with our level of care before we walk out the door. Just today I had to call to see if I could get a refill for my asthma medication, and throw in a cough medicine because I'm having bronchospasms. I am very grateful to say that I was not asked to have to come in for an appointment, that she went ahead and refilled my medications. And now that I have those medications, I'm actually breathing at least 50% better right now. If you've ever left a bad review or if you see bad reviews on here please consider this one, and give them another chance. For many years we've been very satisfied with this office staff from the front desk to the back, and the checkout, and lab workers. I didn't even realize that I had never left a review so this is definitely long past due!"
"Not a walk in clinic at all.the sign needs to go down. And just put it as a doc office. Cause I was told 2 times that neither me or my 13 yd son can even go unless we do a new patient approval and make an appointment.and you get told we’re not taking new patients. Not a walk in. So I can walk in but I get sent home until appointment.if they would have. so I got to drive really far away to get care. If there was a less then one star you got it. You get one star for the few that does get care."
"Stay away from Maleah J. Walters, NP! She is very uneducated, narcissistic, has bad bed side manners, DOES NOT LISTEN to patients at all & will NOT help you at all when sick! She needs to be fired and have her “so called NP” revoked! In fact, I have already made a complaint to Michigan State Medical Board! AVOID AT ALL COST!"
"We have had nothing but top notch care here, for the last 10 years, with same doctor. Excellent communication, thru My Chart and phone msg… cannot say enough good things about this practice. Even with all the difficulties that all institutions are experiencing thru Covid, they more than meet the challenge. Thank you"
"Your main doctor will be switched out several times a year as they move doctors around or they quit/leave. With the epidemic and lack of workers you'd think they would work with you when trying to get a new job. I needed a simple sign off for a DOT Physical release and they took over a week after about 10 calls and I even stopped in personally to ask what gives. I just kept getting told it would get done soon, multiple messages left and they didn't even call me back. Awful practice to be called a doctors office. I would look elsewhere for anything you need looked at or done."
