"Dr. Faneli had turned me into an addict by giving me high scheduled doses of addictive meds RIGHT OFF OF THE BAT. He LIED to me when saying "you won't get addicted" I am now recovering from my addiction stating today. I believe he was trying to keep me there to leech off of me. He YELLED at my aunt who, a psychologist, was offering medical history. He was rude to me during text conversations. I never want to feel this way again. I never want to be treated this way again He also refused to answer what my diagnosis was for these pills. I am just so happy I managed to escape because he acted so rude and narcissistic. SHUT DOWN SWANSON SHUT DOWN SWANSON"

"This place absolutely needs shut down. Their counselor Robin directly contributed to the death of her client and then she passed the buck. Do not take your family here, do not go here, stay far, FAR away! Reported to the state."

"This place is a joke , so shut down. she will not see you of 12 minutes late to your appointment."

"This place has some serious issues. First I waited over 4 month to get an appointment. I had two sessions. My counselor canceled my 3rd appointment per her own schedule and I told her I was unavailable to reschedule something that worked for my schedule the next two weeks during their hours because I had to work overtime. After 2.5 weeks I receive a letter saying that they will close my case if I cancel an appointment or dont show but THEY canceled it not me. Again my counselor canceled the appointment that I made after receiving my threat of having my case closed after THEY cancelled my appointment.. so I had to reschedule again. Then 5 days after I finally had an appointment I receive another letter in the mail "regarding my participation" " our records indicate that I have not had a session for over 30 days- if you do not reschedule and keep an appointment we WILL CONTINUE WITH CLOSING YOUR CASE." This letter was literally dated and sent the day AFTER I was finally able to get an appointment after they messed with my schedule and cancelled two previously scheduled appointments. EXCUSE me! I NEVER CANCELLED OR NO CALL/ NO SHOWED -THEY/YOU CANCELLED MY APPOINTMENTS- then threaten me to not be able to see me for therapy after I didn't do anything wrong. Terrible organization and communication. that being said I did like my therapist but I dont know what is going on with this organization."

"Left three messages trying to get ahold of DR Kelly Clark’s assistant to schedule new appointments and I never got a call back, before this incident, she was always extremely rude and short with me any time I’d call. Ended up not being able to continue my anti depression meds due to her interference. Dr Clark seemed fairly polite most of the time but it’s always those same 10 questions, same tone of voice, felt like a number instead of a person."
