"I am absolutely shocked to find a vending machine full of junk food inside a doctor’s office. Sugar beverages, salty chips, artificial colors, etc. It’s like finding a cigarette machine outside a lung cancer center. Does Franciscan want its patients healthy, or does it want them to keep getting sicker so it can fill it’s pockets? This is obscene and so disconcerting."

"Had to call off work two days because this place couldn’t figure my insurance information out. Told me first time I didn’t have insurance, even though I have had insurance last 10 years through my job. This time my appointment was at 10:45 and I sat and watched people seeing the same doctor as I was supposed to with later appointments. They got called in immediately to see the same doctor as I was supposed of seen yet. I was still sitting here waiting after three people got in ahead of me. I got up and walked out. I will never step foot in this place again what a joke."

"This place is horrible went in one because I stepped on a nail. With my insurance IN NETWORK they charged me 150 bucks they did nothing but look at it and put a bandaid on it. I went in a second time for what they thought was pink eye in both my eyes gave me medicine and sent me in my way. They simply looked at it. A week passed and my symptoms are no better. I went to minute clinic the doctor there looked at it and said that’s not pink eye. She said I had a chemical allergic reaction to something I was using. She gave me drops for that and I INSTANTLY FOUND RELIEF."

"If you have nothing to do with your time, this place is where you need to go. Never get there on time, be at least an hour late, and you might time it just right. When you do get called, you will be placed in a room and ignored for at least a half hour. Yearly blood draw that Medicare pays for, you used to walk in and go right back to the room. Not any more, sit for quite awhile until they call your name. Latest blood draw, they forgot to do the PSA count, the whole reason for having it done. . My wife was scheduled for an appointment on a day when no doctors would be in. Never going back."

"I would rate this doctors office lower if I had a choice but 1 star was the lowest option. Dr chaula has to be the worst doctor I have ever met in my life. They do not keep track of how often you need your prescriptions. I would call them three days in advance just so they would have time to write it on their reminder board and then call them when I needed to pick it up and they still wouldn't have it ready. I've done this for about 3 years. I'm looking for any other family doctor right now and once I find one I will NEVER go back. I couldn't suggest going elsewhere more."
