WellNow Urgent Care

"Great care provided by the staff, however their billing policy is totally wrong when it comes to my copay and insurance. More of a corporate issue is what this is. Apparently they don't understand how the copays work (it's ALWAYS a $20 copay regardless of what my deductible is). The staff is a 5, their billing department is a 1."

"It must have been a rough morning as I was greeted by the front desk girl wearing blue curlers in her hair. By the time I was finished with my appointment with the doctor could not perform and promised me a refund I found that they don't know how to give refund on my copay. Asked me to wait around until 2:00 where I said you know what the minute I see a girl at your front desk with curlers in her hair I was not expecting too much and I walked out. This is definitely not the place my health care needs. Ghetto at best!"

"I have had great experiences using the WellNow urgent care. They are very kind and very considerate of your issue. They have diagnosed and treated me each time with dignity and respect. They have prescribed the correct medication each time and set me on a course for wellness or healing. I would highly recommend them. You can actually choose a time that suits you on the website. I have never waited longer than 10 minutes and most often I got right in. I tell everyone about WellNow and they have also said that they too had a great experience."

"I was so nervous about going to the hospital to see if I had broken my foot cause of the time spent in emergency rooms that I just put a boot on my foot and walked around like that for a month but it wasn't getting any better so we went to well now and found out that I really had broken my foot and they took care of it x-rays and all and got me referral to orthopedic all within an hour's time.
