Reviews of Network180
"I just called network 180 and the lady that answered the phone at 1:46 PM on February 5, 2024, basically told me no one can answer the question I just asked them. I was simply asking if someone could direct me to a place or a person that I could talk to regarding the issue at hand. That’s ridiculous for a place that is supposed to be helping people to answer me that way, I mean she should’ve said I’ll connect you to someone right now and see what they can do to help. That was ridiculous!!!!"
"I went to network 180 for intensive outpatient care And psychiatric help because that's what pint rest said that I needed. Instead they set me up with counseling appointments(which I do need alongside psychiatric help, even the counselor I see now says so. She is also appalled they haven't gotten me more intensive help.) Apparently having serious thoughts about hurting yourself AND others doesn't qualify you for psychiatric care in their eyes. UPDATE: Gave me a call today to talk about my review and symptoms. Set me up with a doctor I've seen in the past there. I remember the meds I took weren't really helping and I never got follow up calls or appointments to see how I felt. Hopfully it's different this time. Raised stars to 2 for them taking initiative to begin to right the situation but still keeping it low because its sad it took me reacting this way to get their attention. Aside frome Asad, Melinda (the woman who called me) was the nicest and most respectful person who has spoken to me there. Hopfully they can get more people like them. I have finally been put on meds that seem to be working for me. It took years of trying different meds to get to this point but I'm extremely grateful I stuck it out. Don't give up and tell them exactly how you feel, even if it pushes you to your limits. Lithium has been a lifesaver for me and I hope whoever is reading this can find the help they need."
"They literally don't give a single heck about you. Went into the ER for an attempt and then tried to put me in a partial program where I'd go home at the end of the day. Even though I explicitly expressed how bad my mental health was. After they finally agreed to put me in a residental facility they attempted to discharge me after only being on my new meds for one day because my "mood reports" were okay. They do not take mental health seriously. Sadly yoy HAVE to go through network 170 for medicaid to cover any mental health services. Would not recommend if you have the choice"
"Hope they don’t get public funding as they offer no help to people with mrntal health and addiction problems. Many repeat patients simply get release to fend for themselves and we all know people with mental health issues do not fare well left to their own means"
"This is where people that can't afford mental health services thru private insurance are asked to go in order get and help finding services..... CPS on more than one occasion has advised me against this place. Especially for my children given that they tend to do more damage than anything else. So basically, if you don't have a great job where you can afford private insurance..... they don't care. The state doesn't care. This country doesn't care. They will just use your story as a propaganda for their own gain. You know..... like a vote for whatever position they want to hold in office. There is so much red tape surrounding real help that forces you to places like these so you can get to people that actually care and actually want to help and actually can help but only IF you can survive this place. I've only ever been treated like an actual human ONCE when I've been forced to call this place. And even then, they COULDN'T help because of loop holes and red tape. By all means, call this place if you want someone to help you make yourself feel even worse about yourself. They've really perfected it."
