"Connie was quick to offer solutions when my first flight was delayed. Knowing I wouldn't hit my connection in Chicago, Connie had a variety of options and ranked them according to what she thought was best to fit my needs. She changed the location of my rental car and helped me understand what I needed to do to change airline carriers. Through the 5 hour delay, Connie stayed in contact with me until she was able to confirm I was on the plane! Knowing there is a time zone change I really feel Connie went above and beyond saying up after 11pm to ensure I was safe for my final flight. During the entire event, away from home, disconnected from family, I felt I had someone who truly cared about me and was tracking the safety of my every move! I arrived back in Madison last night and received a final notice that she was tracking my flights and saw I got back home!
