"Keep away from the walk in clinic, it will COST you. Verry disappointed in the service overall. We went in, as it was the closest facility at the time. My daughter twisted her ankle and we wanted to have it looked at. We figured the Clinic at Sheridan Hospital was as good as any. Unfortunately they have an ER on the other side of the wall. She was assessed and had an x-ray, two services available at almost every walk in clinic. They billed the visit as an ER visit. We disputed the charge for over 8 months and still ended up paying for the ER charge, which is significantly more. They did nothing a walk in clinic would have done, I am calling this a simple bait and switch. Shame on them. We, nor any of our family will use this facility again. In case there is a question, my wife was an ER director for years, and is certified in medical billing. This type of behavior is not ok, and should not be tolerated."

"Every time I have gone to the ER I had to wait forever, and when I was seen I swear they had no clue what so ever what they were talking about. The nurses were alright they were nice and polite but overall I wouldn't reccomend Sheridan ER to anyone."
