"Directions on Google Maps got us there without a wrong turn as we don't know downtown Grand Rapids. We parked in the ramp within feet of the door to our Suite 200 destination. Greeter, receptionist, Nurse Raven and lab tech were all professional and helpful. My appointment for a pre-surgery check with Melanie Burghgraef, ANP, went very smooth. She didn't miss a thing and she completed my assessment professionally, as I felt listened to and cared for. I am thankful staff made my appointment less stressful."

"Yesterday my father in law and I went in for a pre-surgery appointment for an upcoming surgery for him. We were initially greeted by Arthur (I believe that was his name, I apologize if I'm wrong) but he was very kind and got us checked in immediately. We were then called back by one of the nurses and I unfortunately do not remember her name, but she was awesome as well! Very kind, down to Earth, engaging...she just made you feel good and comfortable as these appointments can be nerve-wracking at times. I really wish I remembered her name because she deserves to be acknowledged! We finished the appointment with Dr. Duram who was also wonderful. She was very patient with my father in law as he is a little hard of hearing, but she accommodated as best as she could so he could hear and understand. She explained questions we had in detail, and didn't rush us out of the room. She also typed up instructions and highlighted important information so he could go over it in case he had missed anything due to his hearing. Great experience from start to finish and with all the employees we met with yesterday. Thank you all for making us feel prepared and ready for his upcoming surgery!"
