"Administrative staff is terrible. “Not my job” mentality. They actually TOLD me “that’s not my job.” Very poor customer service skills. They make errors and get upset when you want them corrected. Nursing staff we have had has been uncaring and sometimes just plain rude like it’s not worth their time that your there. Act like they only want their paycheck and to rush u out where u can’t ask questions or ask them to repeat themselves to an elderly parent. Poor bedside manner. Doctors are .. ok."

"I was greeted by a friendly receptionist. The LPN was polite and efficient. She was also gentle administering an injection. Dr Watson listened to my concerns and my treatment plan was mutually agreed upon. She maintained eye contact with me throughout our interaction, no staring at the computer. She was engaging and professional. Excellent care all around!"
