"Dr. M. Vandwater was reassuring without making me feel silly about my concerns and her notes about my blood work left me feeling assured. I believe it was an MA who took my vitals. She was upbeat, smiled, and seemed like a friendly person. She was also efficient and moved like she knew what she was doing. The phlebotomist was also quick and professional."

"I’ve been a patient at St. Mary’s/Mercy Health and now Trinity Health for the past 30 years. I cannot recall a time in those 30 years that I was as disappointed with the level of care than I a have been the last few years. I call my doctor and there’s never any appointments available when I need them. It cost patients more money for simple procedures and treatments because YOU DO NOT HAVE AN URGENT CARE FACILITY! If cannot get an appointment with my doctor for a simple bladder infection and instead I have to go to your Emergency room it costs me 3x as much just to pee in a cup and get an antibiotic. It’s ridiculous how corporatized you have become. It is definitely not unnoticed. Now instead of paying a 25$ Office copay I will be billed for 275$ for an Emergency room visit for something that isn’t an emergency. You desperately need to provide an Urgent Care facility for those that are not an emergency."

"When I took my child here when he was born it was a great place, I was extremely pleased with how everyone treated us. Once my son was old and in child care that’s when things went down hill. They will not fax anything to schools or daycare for you. Even though my friend takes her children there and somehow don’t have a problem faxing things for her. Then 2020 hit and it really when down hill. They of course canceled our child’s appointment because of the shut down. We rescheduled of course, they called us and canceled the appointment again saying my child already had the appointment. I called and explained what happened and got him rescheduled. My husband was halfway to get my child to his appointment the office called him saying the canceled my child’s appointment because he already had it. Once my child turned 4 they called and said he never had he 3 year old my child because we kept canceling. With the lies and being so unorganized, I switch my child. The only reason I gave them 2 start is because the Physicians are good. Don’t take you child here if they are in school or daycare."
