"Absolutely horrible patient care. Doctors are incredibly difficult to deal with to receive even the most basic care. Phone staff is very rude and unhelpful. I only go here because it's near my house, but after years of poor patient care, I'm fed up and switching to a different office."
"This place just awful. The doctors are okay. But the front office workers are the most incompetent people I’ve ever come across. Routinely don’t fax over documents. Won’t call me back with answers to question but will call 5 times a day to get me to schedule a routine physical a full year out. I’ve had numerous issues with this office and my pharmacy. I’ve switched pharmacies twice cause of moving and both have had issues with doctors office. Both times the doctors office blames the pharmacy. Front office ladies are extremely rude and slow. Been going there since I was a child and every visit takes twenty minutes to go Over super basic information I already filled out prior on the app. Insurance company also had multiple issue with office. Doctors office was not recognizing my insurance because insurance card had josh not Joshua on it. It’s been bad since I was a kid but we loved our doctor who has since passed. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but waiting multiple days for prescriptions to be called over along with referrals taking even longer. This last time was the final issue. Had to call multiple times because information was never faxed over. Finally had to call referred doctor who never even heard anything after a full week. Moving doctors office just can’t take the amount of issues that follow every single visit."
"Positives: The doctors are competent and have a good bedside manner Negatives: Wait times are extremely long. A typical experience is a 10-15 minute and a 15-30 minute wait in the patient room. Contacting the office is difficult. You will be routed through an automated system, after which you will be put on hold for typically 10-20 minutes. The office does not leave any personal information in messages, so if you call back in response to a message you will need to start the process over again when you finally reach an attendant because when they ask why you are calling, all you can say is 'I'm calling back in response to a message'. Scheduling a physical our routine check-up is difficult. Physicals typically book 2-3 months out, which is difficult for most patients to plan so far in advance. Refilling prescriptions is extremely difficult. The mantra of the attendants is that all refill requests will be filled within 1-3 days. They will not do anything to help process your request more quickly (in an emergency situation, such as last minute business travel) or call you back with regards to the status of a refill request. Overall, good doctors, but terrible customer service."
"Horrible experience!! I had a physical scheduled and called to confirm time and tried to tell the receptionist I would be late but she hung up on me. I arrive 10mins late and was told Dr. Brown said reschedule. I left because I figured I will reschedule online, and I was having tooth pain and did not feel like the back and forth. I called the following day because of my tooth pain and the dentist would not perform the procedure because of my excessively high blood pressure. Upon returning to the office, there was disregard for the pain I was in and disregard in the procedure I needed done! I asked for a over the counter Advil and was denied BUT they sure took my deductible!! My blood pressure was high because of the pain and infection. I was in one of the worst pains of my life and they completely let me down! I have a very high pain tolerance and it took alot for me to ask for a strong pain med and antibiotic from MY PRIMARY CARE doctor. Completely lost my support and respect!!"
"Have used the doctors and this facility for years. Over time the wait time has increased from a reasonable amount of time to a LONG time. The wait time in the room feels like forever and almost all visits take more than one hour. Trying to get messages to providers, and for them to call you back is also BAD. My recent experience had a reply "well, they do have up to 48 hours to return your call". Seriously?? Very poor follow-up, especially when I was instructed to call back after test results had been posted in MyHealth."
