"I will never attempt to go to this office again. I’ve had problems with this clinic in the past but stayed because they are just up the road from us. You now have to call a customer service line to make appointments, you can’t talk to the office staff directly. THREE DAYS ago I called to request an appointment and have STILL not received a call back. The rep I spoke to forced me to share personal health information with her on the phone. When I told her I didn’t feel comfortable sharing my health concern/problem with anyone except my doctor, she told me I had to in order to request an appointment. She then told me she would pass the information along to the clinic staff and they would call me back. I’ve never received a call back, and honestly, I could report Corewell for their rep forcing me to share private health information with someone who was not my doctor and going against my right to privacy. We will be finding another doctor that is not connected to Corewell Health."

"Dr Schell was the rudest most judge mental human I have ever met in my life. I’ve gone to this office my entire life and have never been treated so awful. Didn’t ask me any questions nothing assumed I had a pulled muscle and walked out the door. Didn’t ask me questions how did it happen how much worse has it got. I have a 10 month old baby and she told me “nothing I can do for you. Go to physical therapy if you want. Go home and rest lay down minimum movement” I HAVE A 10 MONTH OLD BABY AND HAVE BEEN IN AND OUT OF WALK IN CLINICS AND YOU TELL ME TO REST?!?! Doesn’t recommend an orthopedic doctor for an MRI or CT scan. Just assumes I pulled a muscle did not ask me one time what happened or what I’ve been doing to cause it to be worse. I will never go here again. SOOOOO RUDE!!!! SOOOOO JUDGMENTAL!!!! I have never in my life been treated so badly and she was in the room for maybe 2-3 min and walked out!!! As I was in tears!!!! Horrible doctor and not a nice human being."

"Dr Simpson is a very dedicated Physucian. She is very thorough, addressing all my concerns as well as medical concerns on my condition. During covid as well as this last year due to issues with my aging mothers health, Dr Simpson has availed herself kindly and professionally to assure I am not without proper attention due to the logistical issues I have encountered."

"At first I was so excited about this doctors office. It is close to where we live and the people were friendly and knowledgeable. My struggles with their coding and billing process however has been the worst I have ever experienced. I was talked into getting my immunizations and discussing other issues-- the whole appointment was coded by them under the wrong diagnosis and then billed incorrectly and months later I am still on the phone constantly trying to straighten out bills and trying not to pay $400 for the flu shot and a simple check up. So frustrating and such a shame. I will never be going back."
