"Took my injured wife in for an appointment. Called ahead to ask for someone to meet us with a wheelchair because, they have no drop area for patients. 2 calls and an attendant that apparently couldn’t leave a 15’ radius later she was finally on the elevator. To pick her up I had to go get her from the 4th floor, move the car, get her in it, move the car, run the chair back up. Customer (patient) service was pretty much nonexistent. We have been coming here for 7+ years and if I get my way they won’t get anymore business from us."

"The medical staff here seem competent and respectful. But the waiting room is uniquely terrible, even by medical waiting room standards... The automatic door (constantly in use) creaks loudly while opening and while closing, the receptionists are facing directly into the waiting area just several feet from the chairs, there are no dividers between receptionist booths - so every word said by patients (and every word said by receptionists, including on phone calls) is heard by everyone. Awkward. There's a TV playing an commercial-heavy station with the volume way up, maybe to create some facade of privacy. But it just makes the chaos even worse."

"This review is specifically about the customer service and appointment booking: I tried calling them for booking an appointment- the call got connected after waiting for about 8-10 min, however as soon as I connected and introduced myself along with the request for booking, the call got disconnected, leaving me thinking that it may be a genuine technical reason (as this happens sometimes). So I called again after some time- this time I had to wait for another 20 minutes listening to the automated voice note which says that "your call is important to us and please remain on the call", but as soon as I connected, they hung up again. Woooha! Incredible wastage of time, effort and emotions. Does the person sitting there responsible for accepting the calls doing it on purpose?? I don't know, but I know that this is not right and something should be done to make it right. Best regards,"

"Women’s Health, fun stuff indeed. The building is all new. It’s spacious and has a relaxed atmosphere. Patient rooms are large and well equipped. My time felt respected. I showed up when asked and was seen to within 15-20 at the most. Megan (I believe) is a super cheery ultrasound tech and I told her she was appreciated. Dr Lown is a good egg. Straightforward, light, and never recommended anything unnecessary. My concerns were heard and considered. The receptionists pay attention. Several times, I heard them ask detailed follow up questions with patients. Keep up the good work!"
