"There is a receptionist named Sarah who works here and is very rude and unhelpful. I tried to call and schedule appointments for 8 of the residents who live in my adult foster care home and she refused to try and see if the insurance information I had for them was correct. I have used the same information with other clients and it was enough but for some reason ( probably because it was a lot of work on her end) she refused to try and see if the insurance was correct. These people come to us from all walks of life and many do not have actual insurance cards let alone clothes or personal belongings and more importantly some of these insurance policies don't even come with cards.I would not recommend this office to anyone who doesn't have a very deep knowledge of exactly how medicare and medicaid work because if you don't they will simply say they won't help you. Or you don't have coverage. They have missed out of our business and I was always very empressed with Dr. Mossel in the past when we worked with him. It's unfortunate that the receptionist is a representative of this office."

"Was not at all impressed with the doctor or nurses. Didn't really explain things to me as we were going. And didn't listen to me when I said I was still in pain during procedure. Won't even go.back for.the follow up."

"I had a very painful and infected ingrown toenail. At Big Rapids Foot and Ankle, having it taken care of was a totally painless experience and healed quickly without problems. Side note: Unfortunately, 8 months later it grew back to another ingrown toenail. They offer a procedure so they don't grow back, and I'd recommend having that procedure done or you'll be like me, right back where you started from."
