"I was one minute late to an appointment to a 5:20 appointment by one minute. They didn’t give me the allergy shot because they said they put away the card scanner at 5:20. Feels a bit unfair because they post that they stop giving shots at 6:00 so I don’t understand why they make my appointment time at 5:20 if they get rid of the scanner at 5:20. they should be clearer when they actually want to put things away."
