"Would not waste your time trying to go here first off the office is full of PAs, which is not a problem but they are not comfortable taking care of anyone who has basic medical needs if you need to be referred to specialist, they take it as you are a complex case, and do not want to work with you after three months of caring for my family we all of a sudden get notice that they can no longer care for us because the PAs are not able to care for people who have chronic conditions they knew before accepting us as patients are health history and we was reassured by their PA Jessica that she was comfortable and that she was going to be our coordinator of care and that she absolutely loved the challenge to just be let go suddenly just shows that they are not comfortable taking care of anyone who has or comes to them with common medical issues in trying to get in for ER visits is virtually impossible. It will be weeks out."

"Dr. Emily Pretzer was my first doctor here and was AMAZING. Kind and caring and listened to what I needed and wanted to find solutions for my chronic pain. Unfortunately she left I heard to be in the ER which she’s a very talented doctor so I’m not surprised. So I got transferred to another female doctor here, Dr. Jessica Walker. If you are a woman with chronic pain come here and ask for her! She is also very amazing and listens to your problems and cares. She’s not afraid to say she’s not able to do something for a particular problem you have and will refer you to someone who specializes in that care. Nothing but good experiences here and they do accept priority health Medicaid if anyone wants to know! Good job White Pine FM!"

"The doctor was great! However, the billing department is slacking. Unable to reach them and no one calls you back. Sounds like the office part is just a mess from what I gather."

"My doctor in this office is amazing however their front desk people are terrible. I had an order for a blood draw put in 6-8 weeks ago from prevoius visit. The blood draws are first come first serve and I sat there watching multiple other people that came in for a blood draw after me get called back. When I asked when I was going get my blood drawn they said they were waiting for an order in their system. I call bull as nothing was said to me at time of check in about there being no order. If it wasn't for my doctor that I love I would not step foot in that place again. The front office is ran very poorly."

"I wouldn’t give this place one star. When it takes them over 4 days to send in elderly patients prescriptions into a pharmacy and when they try to talk to the manager about the issue. They put people on probation with them that are not even patients of theirs for their own staff being rude but lie saying an elderly lady used bad language. If it was myself calling I would have been rude right back to people who can’t manage to do their jobs correctly as receptionist. It is important for everyone to get their medications so they don’t go days without. It can be a matter of life and death for some medications and should be a priority to them."
