"Horrible. Asked no questions. Explained nothing. She didn’t even ask to look at why I was there. I had to ask if she wanted to see and she said no. Complete waste of time. She prescribed meds with no explanation at all. I tried to get her to help and got nothing. I’m glad I kept my appointment for a real dermatologist. Hopefully this doctor is competent."

"Don’t understand why so many bad reviews. I went their staff was amazingly friendly. Took care of all my needs and explained everything to me so there was no confusion. Dr. Sanchez was very friendly and very informative about my treatment and easy to talk to and got me in and out fast. Would recommend her to anyone. To all that had a bad experience or wrote bad reviews I’m sorry you feel that way but I totally disagree. Will definitely be going back for any future needs . "I have seen this women two times, and left her office in tears two times. How does she have her license? The front desk staff are amazing, those women deserve to work for someone who gives a hoot about her patients. Both times i’ve seen her were in emergency circumstances. I have had huge, painful, cysts for two years now above my left eyebrow and under both of my eyes. These spots flare up with no rhyme or reason and i’ve been desperate for answers, very well knowing that going to Dr. Sanchez, I was not going to get answers, but maybe a little bed side manner? Literally this women looked at my face, said oh yeah i’m going to give you a steroid shot. ok? where is the nurse who’s supposed to ask me what’s going on? cause she sure as heck didn’t do that either. when you try to express your concerns, and well, maybe the reason you’re there, she will dismiss it and talk over you. She told me acutane will take care of my cysts. Lady, cysts, … CYSTS HAVE TO BE SURGICALLY REMOVED. So she puts on a face guard, i pull up my camera to take a video of it and she tells me she doesn’t want to be filmed and to put my phone down. she didn’t even sanitize where she was injecting?! home girl is just trying to make her buck off of an acutane prescription because she doesn’t get jack from the medicaid clients Trinity Health is sending her. After leaving her office and sobbing in the parking lot for a good 15 minutes I was able to get into an actual, yes actual dermatologist because I had to beg to be seen by them because you’re incompetent. Turns out, I have occulitis! I should sue lol"
