Explanation of how and when to order replacement supplies, patience in clarification of which supplies I needed, time taken to look up billing charges. Voicemail messages have always been returned promptly."
"I’m reading all of these reviews this morning (slow day) and it makes me feel really sad. I have been dealing with this office for years and nothing really negative stands out. Over the years Dr. Morgan (whom I love) has gone over and beyond to assist me in getting good sound and restful sleep. I tried c-pap 3 times for moderate sleep apnea and he hung in there giving me ample opportunity to succeed. There have been a couple of techs in the lab that could possibly do well with a redesign of their choice of profession but all in all the crew was very helpful. The lack of communication from the office and inability for anyone to get through seems to be a common complaint. We can all improve but when it comes to sleep or in these cases lack of sleep it is crucial we address these issues so folks can comfortably and healthily live their lives."
"I just want to say, that my experience with the sleep study personal, was pretty good. You can never get through to them on the phone, for help. They will call you about the results, but when you try and call back. You leave a voicemail, and you get no call back. I am so disappointed with them. I have severe sleep apnea, that needs the equipment. What do I do?"
"My appointment was scheduled 2 months in the future so I was going to cancel and they moved up to the following week. They canceled the appointment on the day of and moved it to 3 months in the future. Receptionist was rude and unwilling to find a more convenient day. At the appointment, the only thing the doctor did was write me a prescription for a CPAP. Took 2 minutes and cost almost $200. After a month of struggling I was told the machine I had was wrong and they ordered a sleep study. I got the new machine which cost over $10,000 plus the cost of new tubes etc every month(without insurance). Machine kept me up and it took them 2 weeks to get back to me with ideas on how to get the machine working. They are VERY concerned about my sleep study results until I have the machine in my hands. Then they could care less if I sleep or not. I'm up for hours on end when I try to use the machine and wake up completely restless so I returned it. They charged me again this morning for the equipment. I called the sleep center for this erroneous charge and they got me to billing who said they couldnt help me after being on hold for 20 minutes. I called the number on an email I received for the charge and I was hung up on. I have spent hundreds of dollars and I don't know how many hours trying to get sleep and I have gotten no where. I will say that the lady who fit me for the machine was very nice and professional, but I would not recommend Mercy Health Sleep Center to any one."
"I'm updating this review after receiving a call from the Sleep Center. To me they sounded very sincere that it took them so long to get me my results but after talking with the gentlemen that called me I got off the phone feeling that they really do care about their patients and it's rare to see a place call and follow up and ask what they can do to fix the situation. So overall I am happy that they even took the time to call and address the issue. So I feel I will continue working with them."
