I called in for my labs after waiting for over a week with no word back (was told I’d have them the next day) and was treated like a giant inconvenience to not only her but also the nurse I spoke with. Their system is very antiquated. I could not receive my results via my health portal. I was told they would have to MAIL me a physical copy of my labs."

"My Dr; K. Hendriksma, was just about the only pleasant part of my experience at this facility besides the original receptionist who checked me. The nurse talked about me like I wasn’t there, couldn’t clarify the medical questions she was asking me, and didn’t pass on my health concerns to my doctor. She then came back and told me to leave while I was still waiting for a flu shot, which I never received. However, my medical records now say I received a flu shot, and it’s been a week and I still can’t get my prescription, which was sent to the wrong pharmacy. When I called to try to figure this out they were quite rude and “had a hard time believing” that the pharmacy doesn’t have my prescription. Then hung up on me."
