"Now that the Medi Center has changed over to Concentra, I have not been impressed. I went to get a DOT physical. The front desk personnel and nurse were decent to work with, but the physician was very rude and short with me and treated me like I was a bad person. I almost felt like I was being processed into a jail. In short, I will be looking elsewhere to get my DOT physicals done in the future."

"I went there, waited 50 minutes, then was told to fill the cup up. I filled it , the helper couldn't see the big temperature mark on the side and wanted me to fill it again immediately! She couldn't read the computer screen and cost me a job. They should be either closed or trained properly."

The customer service representative got on the phone and took care of everything. She was very courteous and helpful. The nurse doing the drug screening was friendly, personable, and explained everything thoroughly. Great overall experience! As I was leaving, I let everyone know they did a great job!"
