"I'd like to thank Dr. Hannah and her team for the great experience I had yesterday during my first eye exam appointment! Everyone was so knowledgeable, professional and pleasant! I would surely recommend them to others."
"I had an eye exam done here where they dilated my eyes for the exam. I had never had this before so I just went with it. Upon leaving I could not see anything which is natural so I was wondering how could my prescription be accurate if I can’t see and so when i am asked can you see 1better or 2, but I’m not able to see up close Obviously all of my vision was affected. if I am a new patient, how do you know if I can see up closer or far away? It stands to reason that dilating my eyes would affect my vision. when I received my contacts I could not see out of them. After them making two separate adjustments I could finally see. So I asked them to adjust my glasses before they made them and they said no. When I get my glasses, I try them for a week and a half and was getting a lot of headaches, could not see certain colors, could not read and my astigmatism was not corrected. so I could not wear them for up to three weeks. so I got another eye exam and the eye doctor decided to tell me that my eyes like to be overcorrected. She made the adjustment and had my glasses remade. When I get my remade glasses, the one pair that was sent to them clear came back black. and the other pair had some issue with the coating, there were at least 100 tiny dots in the lens. So I return the Teall pair that had the coating issue and I wear the pair that is now black that was originally clear. Upon wearing these glasses, my front face is throbbing, I literally was wobbling in response to this prescription. I became dizzy and lightheaded and when I brought this to the attention of this eye doctor, they said that I needed to wear them for three weeks to get used to them. I have never in my life had to do that nor had these symptoms. Not to mention, that is a safety issue and if I were to drive like that, I would probably crash. So I asked them what is happening and they have no idea and tell me I need to wear the glasses for a full 2 to 3 weeks. I cannot do that with the physical symptoms that I was experiencing. So I asked for a refund because they would not even let me come in and see the eye doctor and discuss these things. At first they tell me they cannot give me a refund, and then they tell me that they can give me a 50% refund. so I get the 50% refund and then someone from the main office decides to give me a call and asked me questions about somebody else’s review and asks me to take it down. They have not made it right by me but claim they have. Very interesting place here I will not be going back."
"Glad everyone else has had a great experience here but glasses are not supposed to cause extreme dizziness and severe pain during minor prescription adjustments. Being provided glasses you can’t see out of is dangerous for obvious reasons and staff refusing to fully listen to concerns and correct the issue is a liability. I could tell that Allie did not care about the issues my sister has had with her glasses when I was present with her. 10/10 would not recommend."
