Muskegon Teen Health Center

The Muskegon Teen Health Center, located at 80 West Southern Avenue in Muskegon, Michigan, is a part of Hackley Community Care (HCC) dedicated to serving Muskegon County residents and surrounding areas. With a team of 300 staff members, including board certified physicians and mid-level providers, the center specializes in primary medical, OB/Women’s health, mental health, dental, and school-based health programs.

Since 1992, Hackley Community Care has been providing quality healthcare services, initially focusing on pregnant moms and new moms with infant children. Over the years, the center has expanded to offer care to individuals of all ages and a variety of services, demonstrating growth, diversity, and a commitment to being a trusted medical home for families.

As a Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) deemed facility that receives HHS funding and has Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status, Hackley Community Care is dedicated to providing high-quality care and meeting the needs of its patients every day. The center also offers behavioral health services at Muskegon Covenant and NowCare Medical and Mental Health counseling services.
