"Dr. Bast, Steve, and others whose names I didn't keep track of checked out my new lens and prescription and all agreed that it should be just right. But they also took time to patiently and pleasantly listen and check out things they could think of that might make a difference. A new lens was ordered that was, "Just one click," different but it has cleared up my view of traffic and street signs. I am grateful."

"Wasn't allowed to pay a bill because I wasn't the actual person? Reason was they cannot disclose any information. I didn't need any information I had it all and just wanted to give a card number. Person rudely hung up and said they can't take money? I have paid bills for other family members for other offices never have I been told they can't take the payment. Agreed they are not allowed to disclose information but to deny a payment? Would they rather have the bill never paid?"

"I've never physically been here but the people who answer the phone are rude. Have been trying to obtain records for a patient for over a week and could not get them to send any of the information I was asking for. When I finally called, the lady who answered was so rude and told me "can't you figure out what kind of lenses he has by looking at the glasses?" Well Karen, if he had the glasses then yes that is what I would do, but obviously he does not have them. You'd think pulling up an order and looking at it was going to ruin her whole life."
