"I got there a little before 10AM on a Sunday before they opened. After 10 no one was there. A little later one of the pharmacist strolled in looking shocked to see me. She went on about opening and told me she would have my prescription ready in about 20 minutes. Over 1 hour later I'm still there waiting on my prescription. I won't be using Rite Aid again."
"Pharmacy counter would rather hang up than address their own mistake civilly. Listened to my mother on the phone listening to lie after lie."
"Workers are ghetto and unprofessional, you can’t even call up here most of the time and be able to speak to an actual person. They will have u on hold for 20 minutes until you give up and hang up. So unprofessional don’t choose this as your pharmacy. Clearly they don’t hold their customers in high regards"
"If I could give them less than one star I would they don't answer their phone. Trying to get information is impossible unless you go up there in person it's not convenient at all and to be more specific the pharmacy doesn't answer there phone hardly Everytime I call either before 1:30 to 2:00 or after there lunch they don't answer I suffer with mental illness and when I can't get my meds filled it makes it harder for me to leave my home to go in person."
"The store is good, the employees are great. Especially the Black Women that work there. The light skinned sister was nice also, this is my first time meeting her. The company needs a to sew good health, living and prosperity back into the neighborhood. They should also do away with these insanely long questionnaires. I am not getting paid for this. You drive to the store, wait in line, sometimes long lines, ( not this time) spend your money, drive back to where your going and have to spend too much time filling out a questionnaire. I have made it known I have a solution to make thing better for everyone if there corporations is interested and will actually make the changes."
