"Haven't went to this facility in over 20 years. I left in beginning of 2018 and some how magically have an account in Aug 2018. Can't contact anyone for services I never rendered .plus my insurance would have covered anything. Disappointed that I can't contact anyone to correct this issue. So be wary of a facility that likes to make up stuff"
