"I am very upset with health weds ttremendously upset!!! Do you know denying certain medications to a patient because of family history is called violationing an individuals civil rights!!! If nothing gets done by Wednesday this WEEK I will be following the chain of command for the STATE OF MICHIGAN! The Department of Civil Rights!! If it goes that far, your forcing me to seek legal advice!!! Thos has been going on for 2.5 years!!! Furthermore if a life event occurs..it's all going to cost ...My son can not work because of his mental illnesses, he has a lot!!! His quality of life is a 0!!"
"Idk what they actually do. I was given a long list of things that were suppose to be accomplished, signed a paper saying I would cooperate. The social worker that was helping me then started getting flaky and acted like mission was accomplished but I still hadn’t gotten a single thing on that list done."
"I'm currently attempting to talk with someone there about what's on my mind and it seems like because I said I didn't want or need to be on medication it's like they don't even want to talk to me. All I needed was for someone to listen to what I had to say and answer a few questions about the situation spoken on. Yet it seems like they bare more interested in druggies and drunks considering the first page of the statistical questionnaire that they gave me had nothing to do with anything other than drugs and alcohol and they have a free narcan display thing in the waiting room telling you to free things of narcan. If you're not a drug addict looking for drugs don't go there for any kind of help."
"They need their funding pulled they are worthless let people suffer but take home a check . How do these people sleep at night . Ps I did csllcustomer service. Maybe that your damn problem. Work in customer service and helping people"
"When you host the food panty truck at your front entrance, yet the truck literally only serves a few people and the rest walk away distraught and hungry- scared of how they will feed their family, and all you do is come out, shrug your shoulders and say that’s all they had today- that’s all they were given… and when you have to see those people walk away… it’s horrible! You created more mental instability that day alone! That I was a witness to— and cried walking to my car- not because I didn’t receive help but because of the aftermath of no resources— I wanted so bad to take the whole five bags they have out and make a pot of soup and feed everyone! What I have not personally witnessed was all the times my friends were turned away and all the times they took control of their meds and all the times the doc and counselor didn’t communicate nor follow through with filling scripts and my friends had to go thru withdrawals and severe fear of regressing mentally… I have heard very few positive stories and I believe you are contributing and culpable of Muskegon’s mental health crisis and demise of quality services. Until you follow thru with 24/7 free counseling sites around Muskegon, show up and even host vigils and healing moments in our community after shootings and horrific crimes- until I see you in public helping and not hurting— I will rate you one star. I believe you deserve none and should be overhauled, even closed."
