"The PA was an older gentleman and refused to see my 2 year old because she was not wearing a mask. Children under 5 do not need to wear masks and I will not make her put one on! She is 2 and WILL NOT keep it on. We have tried. If he is that worried about contracting the virus then he should be taking time off."

"The customer service is more that of a robot. You’ll sit on hold for hours trying to get an appointment. Never. Will you get a same day sick appointment, it’s just not their style. They treat you as a number and not an individual person. And you just start to get to know your doctor and then they leave. I went through two doctors in two years. When you do finally get an appointment, it’s months out, so far that you’re healed by then. The practice schedules from a Grand Rapids office where they don’t even know you. When there are plenty of capable desk clerks sitting at their desks that can answer a phone. I’ve checked in and noticed how much time they have. They could easily handle taking appointments."
