Trinity Health Urgent Care - North Muskegon

"After dealing with a consistent ear infection I went back in to the urgent care. I was given another prescription by a PA. Doctor Tanner called me shortly after and changed my prescription to a stronger medication. They always seem to be on top of things! Very pleased!!!"

"10/01/2023: Trinity recently took over Murcy health and I do not know what is going on exactly, but they are low on providers. This urgent care has not had a provider for over a week now. No one answers calls besides the front desk who just answers to tell people that this urgent care is closed. Their notations are next to nothing to nothing at all so good luck checking your my chart for info and the front desk is not allowed to see more than the surface, you have to call a nurse to be able to see a little more. So basically, in general, Trinity Health is going down hard. I suggest you find a stable provider with Spectrum or somewhere else more stable because God forbid you have an urgent issue and you're with Trinity. I've never felt this alone with my child's care."

"I'd never used this location, as I have 2 Urgent Cares close to me, but they have been closed by Trinity!!! So , off I go! I was pleased that the wait wasn't too long, intake was quick.I saw Tracy Reynolds, PA. I was very pleased with her, very kind, caring. Tracy did a thorough exam , made my diagnosis, and I was able to head home in less than 2 hours!!"

"Long wait in the waiting room as expected and the NP was nice. The rest of the staff had attitude and did not seem like they wanted to work, were very unprofessional joking and hanging around being loud. When people asked for help they were brushed off. Would go somewhere else if you’re able. Update I was told to contact the manager of the clinic. Manager never contacted back."

"UPDATE: Tried emailing to the email listed below in their response. Email blocked and sent back to me. Seems like an illusion to want to be helpful, rather than be helpful. Brought my son in yesterday (1/22/23). He fractured his wrist. My husband used to work ER, paramedic and firefighter. They did not know how to wrap the wrist. He had to show them. They put the splint on backwards (my husband did not see this until he had to re-wrap his wrist at home -- the part marked "outside" is currently on his skin, and the soft part, which would make it more comfortable is on the outside - see pic). We called the head of the department this morning to see if they would redo the splint - they said they would for a charge and that it would be the cost of another office visit and services! Even though they did it WRONG the first time. UNBELIEVABLE!"
