"Pharmacy is a joke, they dont take most insurance and this place is literally the armpit of the city. Go to Walgreens, much better, cleaner and friendlier. CVS IS TRASH!"
"The staff in the pharmacy and front check out were friendly and helpful. I had already been to two other CVs location and the service was subpar. I did get the items. Was looking for thanks to the staff at this location."
"DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY for your prescription needs. Getting a script filled is always a hassle, and they are extremely rude and inpatient when you ask them for clarification or help. They ran me out of two of my diabetes medications (one for almost a month) and kept blaming the doctor's office for not sending them new scripts. The doctor's office sent the new prescriptions multiple times. Then they recanted and told me that the medications were unavailable or on back order. On backorder for a MONTH? No attempt was made to inquire at other CVS stores if they could fill the scripts. My insulin script went from $80 to $270 with no changes to the script amounts and no changes to my insurance coverage. When I questioned them, they gave me no answer. They did however tell me (twice) to go somewhere else AND then I was hung up on! The in-store manager apologized for their behavior and blamed it on their being under-staffed in the pharmacy. Being under-staffed IS NOT an excuse that allows you to be incompetent and rude to your customers. People depend on their pharmacy to get them their medications in a timely manner, and to help answer any questions or concerns they may have. THIS STORE DOES NEITHER OF THESE THINGS! I would have rated them with ZERO stars if that was an option."
"How does this place stay in business? My sons prescription has been with them over a month and no one has placed the order or called to let me know what's going on. If anything this is doing the patient harm. I should not be the one calling around trying to find a place. There should be a process in place! I will be moving more of my business now to other pharmacy's. It's been like this for 6 years since I've tried to use them and it's a failure every time."
"Avoid this pharmacy. I had a situation where they claimed I picked up my full script when I had only picked up a partial. Instead of going back and checking, they argued with me about this and absolutely embarrassed me in front of other customers. After a good 10-15 minutes I suggested that if the pills were not in my house that they must still be in the pharmacy. The tech angerly walked over and looked in the bin where he found the missing half of my script and slid it across the counter where the pharmacist stopped mid sentence and started profusely apologizing. That should have been their first thought. Avoid using them at all cost if you need your medication reliably."
