"Not the most friendly staff by any means. It seemed like a quick in and out transaction. I didn’t feel like my dog was genuinely being cared for. We were told nothijg was wrong with her. We switched vets and there are numerous things they are now testing for that Thompson never even mentioned to us. We would have had no idea had we not switched vets."
