"Absolutely love it here. I do not wanna go anywhere else to be honest. I usually have bad anxiety with going to doctors and vet doctors, and that absolutely went away with this place Every time I went regardless, if there was a line or not, they took my dog in quickly treated him very great, and gave us a lot of info, and answered all of our questions that we had, and let us look under the microscope. It was really cool good prices too will be coming here from now on I just cannot get over how quick the process was and how nice everybody was in there"

"The veterinarian at the 10 mile location in Warren Carrie Smith is extremely rude! Having a conversation with the assistant, she was very nice and professional,when she came from somewhere,didn't say who she was and just yells no we can't. I tried to explain what was going on and she goes no again very rudely. We were trying to get some medicine that my cat had already been given some from there until we could get an appointment at a full service vet.she is so unprofessional to say the least!! I'll never set foot in there again!!"

The veterinarian takes her time, answers all questions, and shows so much kindness. The wait is not long, it is clean, and there are no hidden fees. The receptionists are kind and friendly.
