"Dr. Kessler started seeing my daughter at Helen DeVos in June of 2022. Right from the get go she treated us with respect and we didn’t feel like “just another patient”. She addresses all of our concerns, makes sure we are fully informed of all options available, provides her recommendation and then allows us to decide how we want to proceed. With our daughters new diagnosis of JIA, we obviously had to take a lot in and continue to have a lot of questions. Dr. Kessler and the staff in her office are very responsive to messages in the patient portal and quick to send over documentation when needed. This has truly set my mind at ease knowing that I don’t have to worry for too long before getting answers. Dr. Kessler truly is an amazing physician and has the best team in her office. It doesn’t even matter that we live 2+ hours away from Helen DeVos because the care and collaboration with our pediatrician is top notch!"
