"This place has bad business practices. They did not properly communicate changes in serum from my original provider. They did not properly communicate changes in dosage and schedule. Every time I asked questions about changes, schedule, and dosage they provided very short and rude explanations as to why. I recommend finding other allergy / immunology providers."

"Very happy with Dr. McClellan and Bayside Allergy! This was my second visit. I’ve never had a doctor listen to me describe my symptoms and show so much concern. He was willing to explore treatment options with me and was genuinely concerned about improving my health. He was not pushy. Not arrogant or condescending! He asked me to call the office and report the results of the treatment rather than scheduling a follow up appointment…which I appreciate! I will DEFINITELY return in the future if my problems return. I would highly recommend Dr. McClellan…especially if you have an ongoing problem that has not been successfully treated by another provider!"

"I am extremely satisfied with Bayside Allergy, Dr. McClellan and his entire staff. All are friendly and professional. I have issues that have been difficult to treat but they never gave up on seeing through all of the problems my insurance company sent our way. It took almost 2 years to finally get authorization for my treatment approved. It was definitely worth the hassle from the insurance company and the long wait. The shots I give myself have improved my condition to a point I was beginning to think would never happen. I am now able to do normal, routine things again. During this time the Dr. and staff were always available to answer questions or update me on the progress of my appeal.
