"Medical personnel was exceptional. I wish I could say the same about the administrative staff. All of the receptionist I encountered while there were condescending, rude, and not helpful at all. Considering the nature of this facility, all employees should use patience and understanding while assisting patients and their families. The last thing anyone with a cancer diagnosis needs is someone making this process more difficult."
"Being dx with NO CLARIFICATION or EXPLANATION and put on life altering medication and sent on way….. When called to make an appointment, was DENIED…. but when call to higher ups, an appointment MAGICALLY was already made. Thank You for destroying my life Greatly Appreciated"
"So I've been here 3 times (cancer survivor) and every time the front desk folks are plain grumpy and rude. They seem to dislike their jobs, which is reflected in their treatment of people. My Wife, the kindest person on the planet, was met with a short tempered, rude, and argumentative front desk person. This place is a tough place for patients that are vulnerable. Some kindness would go far. In fairness, the nursing staff are awesome!"
"The only time dealing with my husband's cancer hits me is when we pull in the parkinglot where the arrow points to cancer patient parking. For some reason that hits me in the gut every time. Other than that, the Center has made every single step of this process wonderful."
"I now get infusions for my MS here. Such a nice place. You get your own little cubicle, they wrap you in warm blankets if your cold, bring you light refreshments if you need them and always have a smile on their face. I told them I felt like I was at a spa (I've never been to a spa but it's closest I've come to one Lol!) And foremost they care about your well-being. Making sure you're having no reaction to the drug being administered."
