Referrals are handled professionally and Danelle doesn’t stop until she gets you into the required specialist. Best family practice we have ever come across. We actually drive forty five minutes one way to be patrons of this practice!"

"While the doctors here may be good. I know my Parents liked them, I wouldn't know. I submitted a new patient form months ago and never heard back from them. I called a couple of times and was told the person that reviews the requests was on vacation and they would be back soon and I would be contacted. That was 4 months ago. I guess I didn't make the cut."

"I am new to the area and in need of a doctor. I was told to fill out paperwork to see if I would be accepted as a patient. This took approximately 2 weeks. Then they called and said I was accepted as a patient and another 3 weeks for an appointment. In the mean time I had to go to the ER and needed several referrals to specialists. I got there for my appointment and they told me they could not accept me as a patient. They wasted 5 weeks of finding a doctor for myself. They did not seem the least bit concerned that I had just been to the ER and had two issues I was dealing with, which the ER doctor said to have them follow up with. I have worked in the medical field for my entire career and have never seen such a lack of concern for someone’s medical well being or lack of professionalism. I am sick. I have waited 5 weeks to get in there. No concern. No caring on their part. Good bye. We don’t care that you are in extreme pain due to sciatica. We don’t care you have a UTI and not enough antibiotic to treat it. We don’t care that you are suffering and cannot even drive yourself to the appointment. No caring, no concern, no professionalism. Just we are not accepting you as a patient. They told me 3 weeks before I was accepted. I had an appointment to get seen and treated. They delayed my treatment for 5 weeks for what? I think what hurt the most is I am in extreme pain. I have a UTI, my blood pressure is not being controlled properly, I waited 5 weeks to get in there and now I start the process all over. I have never ever seen such poor treatment towards an elderly sick person in my life. I was not treated with dignity at all. Left feeling very upset. Stay away from this place. Something is not right."
