"I originally loved this vet they came through for me for my cats when several other vets couldn't. It was only when I moved and let them know I needed my pets records and perscriptions transferred that there became problems. I was eventually able to get one refill sent to the new vet after going around and around but was told their policy is if the pet is no longer under their care they don't "hand over" prescriptions. Had I been told this I would have waited to utilize the new vet for my dogs well visit instead of the $700 visit prior to moving that I did to ensure my dog was up to date on prescriptions. This feels unethical. ****update**** I was not asking for a full year script I was asking for the orginal script to be transfered to the new vet which should have had a few months of refills left. Blue Cross hasn't seen my dog since July because that was her well visit to get everything in order! To top it off when they finally sent the script they told me they did it by mail which the new vet said they emailed them last time. So it was going to prolong my dog getting her meds even longer. Thankfully the new vet was able to accomadate us right away."

"We had our new puppy's first visit and then her spay appointment with Blue Cross. Both events went really well. The only concern was the amount of time we spent waiting for someone to bring her out after surgery (over a half hour) when we had called to confirm she was ready for release. Small inconvenience. Also, prices seemed reasonable and comparable to other vets in the area. A real pleasure was how easy it was to schedule the first appointment using their website. Very pleasant interaction with the friendly staff was a plus!"

"We had a great experience with Blue Cross! We were able to get an appointment for our cat fairly quickly and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our cat had a little virus and they were able to identify and diagnose things quickly, get her on some meds, and now she seems to be back to normal. Overall, pretty reasonably priced and when I needed additional documents for our pet insurance claim, they were able to get them to me. We will definitely be returning for any future needs!"
