"Saw Dr. James a year ago. Said he would order referrals for a back/hip issue. He NEVER DID. Now calling me repeatedly after I told his office that I will not be mistreated and I am no longer his patient. I would recommend not seeing this doctor at this office. He's extremely unprofessional."

"With no urgent care other than the ER room, I called and they got me in on the same day. The staff were polite, welcoming, and helpful. The doctor provided the medication I needed My vacation was saved because of their care."

"I had a good experience with the medical staff at Benzie Crystal Lake Clinic. My wait time was 5 minutes, medical technician was pleasant and knowledgeable. The doctor took the time to answer all my questions. The lab technician was awsome, did a great job. Office staff were a little cold, but they did thier job. Can't ask for more than that."

"Absolutely awful. Do not recommend. Go somewhere else with competent medical staff. They were rude, vindictive, and spiteful. They did not listen to my concerns/symptoms which resulted in being misdiagnosed and charged an exorbitant fee for labs that I asked not to be tested for (testing negative previously). After I had issues here, multiple people told me how horrible this place was. I wish I knew that before. Looks like they're living up to their google 2 star rating (which is generous). I would give them negative star rating if it was possible."

"Moved to Michigan last yr. They still haven't gotten records. Tried once. This place a joke. Dr G told me to get a specialist but I just need general maintenance. He's lazy. The office seems to follow his lead. Now I'm waiting on important heart medicine to refill. He hasn't called it in. I'll be at his office early Monday."
