"If you'd like your medical record to have accurate information in it I wouldn't suggest going here. I requested copies of my records for 3 months, finally got them only to find so much wrong info that for a moment thought they'd given me someone elses records. Like her stating I had a hysterectomy and on exam my cervix was surgically missing, um what? Nope still have all that. Think I'd remember having had that surgery. And that wasnt even the only wrong info. If you cant even get someone's H&P right, I'm going elsewhere and I did."
