They had two children telling them they have been choked and beaten and did nothing to protect them disgusting behavior."

"It's a shame how many hoops a major depressive, post self inflicted gunshot to the head, veteran must jump through to get a refill on his "ANTI DEPRESSANTS." nothing controlled or mind altering. Into second week now, still no medication or any chance of an appointment for another week. I don't drive, I'm stuck dealing with this clinic and am regretting having ever returned."

"I have had the privilege of interacting with Dr. Arora over the course of approximately 15 years as a parent of children with special needs (at CMH) as well as a patient myself through Thunder Bay Community Health Service. My opinion of Dr. Arora has not changed over the years. Dr. Arora is impatient, impersonal, derogatory, and definitely commits medical gaslighting. In my experiences interacting with her as a mother of children needing help (CMH) & a patient of Thunder Bay being forced to see her (as she is their only psychiatrist) I have been subjected to her inadequate ability to listen with intent to understand therefore I believe I have received less than appropriate care. A psychiatrist that does not individualize the care for their patients is a subpar doctor. Dr. Arora spoke to me in the most unprofessional manner I have ever experienced at the Thunder Bay Clinic. She asked questions then interrupted me when I attempted to give answers for those questions. I had to reiterate my answers several times and asked her no less than 3 times to "Please stop cutting me off by asking a new question while I am answering your last question" She appeared to be disgruntled in her demeanor when I asked her to stop that. The end result of my appointment was not the outcome I had hoped for but despite her mannerisms I felt we had come to an agreeable decision about my medication. I was unaware Dr. Arora lied to me during my appointment until I picked up my prescription from the pharmacy. The agreement we made was not honored by her. I have made several calls to the clinic, spoke with Dr. Arora's nurse several times, requested Dr. Arora to correct her mistake and I have been getting the run around without any resolution. The last message I received from Dr. Arora (via her nurse) was that my prescription could not be re-written without a new appointment and the soonest appointment was 2 months away. I am unaware if the appointment requirement is a Thunder Bay policy or if its just another toxic trait of Dr. Arora herself. Dr. Arora failed to assess a possibility of misuse, abuse, and addiction because she did not assess any of it. Had she been diligent in following protocol she would've been able to ascertain that I am not a candidate for any of the above due to my history with my previous doctors & my consistency for refills with one pharmacy. I have zero convictions of any drug or alcohol related legal issues and have never been charged with any crimes associated with drugs or alcohol. I do not recommend anyone to seek treatment with Dr. Arora"

"Bring my daughter in to be looked at for two simple things. The doctor comes in and tells me you're allotted 15 minutes. So choose what you want us to look at. They have now transferred us over to being treated like cattle. Can't even see the doctor for everything that we need to be seen for. Time to find a new place to go"

"There should be a 0 star review option. So, I moved back home to the area and was looking for a new primary dr. Biggest mistake ever! Do NOT come here! Not only a poor doctor but also poor staffing at front desk, regarding billing, paperwork and just everyone in general! I just called a new facility last week to start with a new primary doctor, but had a bit of an emergency. Quite certain I tore my rotator cuff. I meed MRI or ultrasound ordered and walk in clinic doesnt do that. Primary usually does. I called as soon as this place opened this morning, they said theyd squeeze me in today. I pulled in their parking lot at my appt time. By the time i got inside waited in line and got up to the window the lady told me i was 10mins late and would have to reschedule. I was 5 mins late from parking lot to front desk. This place is ridiculous! This was not the reason i was leaving either. My doctor ALWAYS made me feel like I had to advocate for myself as a patient. I even brought my mother this time due to THAT fact! My primary doctor repeatedly refused to treat me because "you have a specialist for *blank.... They treat you for that. I cant help you because its related to your disease you see a specialist for." Then why the heck did you allow me to make an appointment for THAT reason if you refuse to treat anything related to my specialists field???? This place is a joke and so is my doctor in particular, Dr. Tadian. Idk the other doctors, and the nurses have always been VERY good, but treatment here sucks! I gave them 1.5 years with my daughter and me and they are narrow minded, useless in many situations and just not worth the time or $."
