Meijer Pharmacy 3710 Dix Highway, Lincoln Park, MI 48146

"The management of this pharmacy is absolutely unacceptable. Unprofessional with zero accountability. My family member went to the Dr on Monday morning. Dr sent the Rx over to this pharmacy. Pharmacy said it would be ready later. We went there at the time they instructed, only to be told the shipment didn't come in and it would be in the next day at X time. Tuesday at X time rolls around, and we get told the same thing. Wednesday at X time rolls around, we get told the same thing. Thursday rolls around, we get told the same thing. At this point my family member was beyond frustrated and upset. I was beyond beyond aggravated and upset, knowing she's on a fixed income, we had spent $40 in gas travelling back and forth all week, she was without her medication she needs, and, from having spent so much time in the car sitting and driving, my lymphedema was extremely exacerbated as a result. Fluid pooling under my skin from driving, blistering. On Thursday, they said they had "one bottle" somehow and gave her enough for a day or two. How a large, corporate pharmacy suddenly receives one singular bottle of medication is beyond me. It sounds like they had it the whole time, but only started giving it out in small amounts on the 4th day to customers just to pacify them. Then on Friday we were told it may not be in at all. Then at 2:30 a text came through saying was ready. We picked it up and that was that. But, what a ridiculous ordeal to go through to just fill one simple medication for one month at a corporate pharmacy that should have more than enough oversight to keep their inventory stable. ."

"Extremely rude and unprofessional, I spoke to a tech about my prescription that was filled wrong then spoke to the lead pharmacist both were extremely snobby . I'm a disabled veteran who needs my medications filled properly and they wasn't able to do that on top of having a huge attitude problem."

"I’ve gotten my monthly prescriptions from the Southgate Meijer for many years. I’ve had nothing but issues with them. I’ve stayed loyal hoping they would do better, I live less than a minute from them also, I gave up and switched to Lincoln Park Meijer. Now I have to drive farther but it’s SOOO worth it. I dealt with a girl named Sara and also the pharmacist who was not only helpful but very friendly. I was about to just give up but thanks to the two women that helped me today, I’m not only grateful but a customer for life. THANK YOU"

"This is one of the best pharmacies I have been too. Yes, they get busy, but the staff is always pleasant and willing to help. I feel like I have a personal relationship with the staff. They go out of their way In their busy schedules to be friendly and helpful. When you renew a rx on the phone it is usually filled the next day. If any questions with the prescriptions the pharmacists are helpful and knowledgeable."
