"I've had no problems with Atlanta or Hillman. I've been to Atlanta and Onaway for dental. Never ona problem. My primary is in Hillman. I've never had a problem. Rogers city for my glasses. I don't know why these people are having problems I've been using them since I've moved back 3 yrs ago..whthese have problems with staff or doctors"

"On Tuesday September 19, 2023 I tried to call the Atlanta Office three times and was on hold for 7 minutes, then 9 minutes and then 13 minutes with NO response. I needed to see my PA urgent care. I finally got in to see my PA on Wednesday September 20, 2023 at 10am. NOTHING AGAINST MY PA WHATSOEVER. However, at the front desk, is an employee named Heidi. She has always been rude to me and other patients, yet, I will speak for myself. As I sat down after I checked in, Heidi called my name and I went up to the counter. Heidi tossed an envelope to me and I asked what it what it was. She rudely explained. All 3 of the front counter employee's are constantly on their personal phone"

"Great dental office. They always try to get you in and seen as soon as possible. They have dental students rotating through every few weeks but they do a great job."

"Yesterday I went in and had my wisdom tooth removed. I had the best dental experience I've ever had anywhere. I'm so glad they could fit me in. The Dentist and the assistant were so nice and gentle. I was awake for it and it was surprisingly painless. I wish I remembered the Dentist's name. I'm experiencing very minimal pain compared to my last extraction done elsewhere.
