"Recently bought two 4 packs of woodbridge Chardonnay off the clearance shelf. Both packs we’re obviously way past the drinkable date range. I opened a bottle from the first pack and instead of the light almost clear color it should be, it was orangish brown and smelled awful. Same with the second pack. While I know that the store cannot give a cash refund for alcohol, I thought maybe a store credit would be offered. The cashier just kept repeating that the “law wouldn’t let her do anything”. When I suggested she remove any more packs from the clearance, she rolled her eyes. If this is what you do with old products, customers beware. Twelve dollars in the trash is very upsetting."

"My daughter's pharmacy, in Rockwood was closed due to the storm that heavily damaged her area. She called the Flat Rock pharmacy to transfer her prescription of Gavapettin, since she was told all the Rite Aids were affiliated. The male pharmacist was very rude and refused to fill the order. She went through 3 days of severe withdrawals. To make matters worse she just lost her son suddenly two weeks prior. Luckily she did get the script filled from the Woodhaven store. The pharmacist was very kind and understood that the withdrawals were very severe for her. She has had several back surgeries. The Flat Rock male pharmacist was not in the least sympathetic. Unacceptable!"

"Pharmacist and all staff are wonderful! In particular Corine who spent over 15 min on the phone with me trying to help me locate a bag of purchased goods I lost. She searched their security footage to see if I left the bag on the counter or in buggy. Thankful she was so patient and thoughtful to help me. The store is always clean, good selection and prompt service. Highly recommend this store to anyone."
