"I went there they took scrapings of my dog's skin and spent the rest of the time staring at me and asking me questions like they didn't think I should be in a dog owner? I've never been psychology tested by a couple of teenage girls in my they had my dog back there for over an hour I should have sued them for the entire incident but I instead chose to never go back they wanted another $600 just for the results of those scrapings big rip off terrible place"

"Today was our first visit with Dr Bloom. We had a great experience with this veterinary clinic from the moment I called to set up the appointment. The person I spoke with on the phone was very thorough and attentive to our situation and I truly felt heard. When we arrived today they had a room ready for us quickly and we were helped right away by Hannah. She was super kind, helpful and patient with my dog who was a bit uneasy. We went over my dog’s history to be sure they had the best information possible to help my pup. Dr. Bloom was able to diagnose my dog without any invasive or painful procedures after a physical examination. The doctor went over his treatment plan and made sure to answer all my questions and made clarifications to ensure we were on the same page so I could effectively help my dog. He didn’t offer any unnecessary or expensive testing or treatments. I actually walked out of this specialty animal dermatology clinic spending less than I would’ve at one of my regular veterinary offices for the same procedure and exam, minus the specialist! So very happy to finally have some answers and a plan for how to treat my big boy and get his very rare autoimmune disease under control. I look forward to our next appointment and will definitely be recommending Dr. Bloom to anyone whose dog is suffering from any allergies or dermatological ailments. My poor dog was suffering for nearly 6 months and none of the other 4 vets we had seen were able to effectively treat or diagnose as they had never seen anything like it before and considered the potential cause too rare to be a possibility."

"They are always patient with my large dog and with me (I'm not sure which of us can be more frustrating!) Over 6 months ago, my very allergic dog was in terrible discomfort. My local vet (who is awesome) recommended allergy vets in Indianapolis and at Purdue, but no one would take us because of the pandemic. Dr. Bloom's clinic somehow fit us in and we will be forever grateful and loyal to this wonderful place and the great doctors and staff."

"For being a first timer here, everyone that I had dealt with was very compassionate and accommodating to not only my dog but also myself. Dr. Bloom was very knowledgeable and extremely nice. He provided a lot of information and how to to go abouts “attacking” my dogs skin issue. Unfortunately the only knock back is its very expensive for the average person which is the only reason i gave it four stars. I’d love to be able to come here more often but I just simply cannot afford it. Edit. I recently went back there because my dog has been battling a severe skin condition and after multiple visits to other vet clinics with no results I needed to see a specialist. Dr. Bloom and his staff are INCREDIBLE!! I honestly cant say enough about them. They really do show care and compassion to your animals and do everything they can to help them. They are extremely accommodating to not only your dog but also yourself. I had previously given this 4 stars due to how expensive it was, but after this past experience I'm changing it to 5!! Overall I would've saved money coming here in the first place and the treatment you get really is world class. If you want the best treatment available and actually FIX the problem, I would FOR SURE come here."
