"I have taken my daughter's here since they were born. We go to the kalkaska office and see Dr. Newman and I can not say enough about her. She's never lead me astray and she's always been right on the money with diagnosis. I would highly recommend her. She is so very nice and listens to all your concerns. 5 years ago in November we started going here and I've never had a thought to switch. They even do same day sick appts which had been heaven sent since my girls have ear infections often ❤️ the other doctors I've seen have all been wonderful and absolutely helpful to us as well."

"If your kid has a UTI they say it’s a “sick appointment” and you can’t be seen as the normal hours as “healthy kids”. Cause that makes sense??? So instead of helping my kid, I have to call back until they *maybe* have an appt for her…. Definitely going to be seeking a different pediatrician office."

"Do not recommend this place. It’s basically just a production vaccination center. Office and waiting room aren’t clean and/or inviting for children. No guidance on anything other than the dozens of vaccines they want to give your child. Never the same doctor or nurse. We asked when we should introduce peanuts to determine if our daughter was allergic and they said “whenever we feel comfortable”, instead of the NIA guidance of 4-6mo. We waited until 20 months and discovered our daughter has a peanut allergy. Our allergist said if we would have introduced it at 4-6mo, said she would have been 80% less likely to develop a peanut allergy. No one on either side of the family has a peanut allergy and was most likely developed as a result of late introduction. She also had severe constipation and the only guidance we got was to give her prunes and Miralax. Neither worked very well. So frustrating. I would recommend finding a smaller pediatrician office who is more involved with care rather than one that is most concerned with vaccines."

"I highly recommend Kid’s Creek. I’ve been taking my 2 year old there for a little over a year, and since having my second baby, take her there as well. I see two different doctors and love them both! Front desk staff have always been great and easy to reach. The couple times I have had to use the after hours call line, they were absolutely phenomenal as well. Absolutely a 5 star practice."

"We've been taking our son to Dr. Robertson for 7 years. He is every parent's dream pediatrician, especially for kids with ADHD. He is knowledgeable and reassuring. He takes time -- as much as needed -- to talk with us and our son. No judgment, no pressure, and willing to share relevant stories involving his own kids. Our older children went to a different pediatric group where we were just a number. It was fine for them, as they didn't have any health challenges. Our son needed more time and more attention. Dr. Robertson and his staff (shout out to Jessica, the stealth vaccine giver!) have made every effort to give our son personal attention and develop a relationship with him that has made all the difference in his medical care. I've not encountered rude staff, as I'm seeing in some of these other reviews. True, I like a friendly staff, but all I really care about is top-notch medical care for my son."
