"I brought my son in on a Saturday to get checked out for something--our primary care physician's office was closed. Everyone on the staff was personable and professional, and we were in and out in under an hour (there were a few people in front of us but the queue moved quickly). I wouldn't say was it "busy" but they kept the line moving well. Our Dr. was knowledgeable and was very good with my child."

"So the check-in was great and only had to wait like 10-15 minutes which I was expecting. However, when I got to the examination room I was in there for an hour and finally walked out of my room questioning whether I was forgotten about. Immediately a nurse came back in and asked my name and quickly found out that I had been checked out already even though I hadn't been seen or spoken to. When the PA came in to finally examine me, I was surprised when she didn't examine me with gloves nor wash her hands before or after. While the staff was very apologetic for the mix-up I found the day to be very unprofessional. Also didn't send over complete scripts of the prescribed medication. Munson is ruining everything."

"The most friendly staff including the physician! Wait was reasonable and time was used efficiently (no extended waiting period in the exam room). Masks were available and the building was clean."

"Arrived, self check-in was user friendly. Reasonable wait in the first room. Then got checked-in with vitals, and into a waiting room. After another reasonable wait, I was greeted and thoroughly examined by a proficient doctor, I was sent home to recuperate. All of the staff and doctor were friendly and wonderful. In and out in less than one hour. Much better than going to ER, to be checked-in, and then abandoned for six hours."
