"Well… waited 3 weeks for an appointment with a therapist. They threatened me the day I made the appointment that if I did not complete the registration forms before the 2nd of december I would be cancelled. Im autistic so I did it the day of. And the day of the appointment they tell me they couldnt get ahold of my insurance to verify so they’ll charge me full price. (They didnt even try… they had 3 weeks to get ahold of them and everytime we call the insurance, they answer right away). They are lazy and worthless. They didnt even freaking try! They never even contacted me to help them get ahold of the insurance cuz I can guarantee they never even called or emailed. This is cruel to do to the mentally unwell. Ive been suicidal and had 3 attempts in the last year. Do better…. This is appalling. They never even sent over directions/instructions, a link, or phone number on how to “attend” the virtual session so I suspect theyre not fulfilling any appointments.. they’re just taking peoples money. They didnt even give me the therapist i wanted they gave me a 22 year old…. They make people feel unworthy of help!"

"Horrible service. Was told by office that they provide 1-1 counseling for minors. Stopped looking and waited the 4-5 days for the appointment time. 20 minutes late, Robyn, the therapist joins telling me her sessions begin at 7 after the hour and end at the top of the hour. 53 minutes, but charge for an hour. Not good. Then told she doesn't work with kids individually at that age. So thank you for days wasted."
