"1. I've been seeing Heather Sedgwick, FNP as my primary caregiver for approximately 3 years. We moved from Suttons Bay to the Acme area & I was ready for a change in my primary care provider. Crystal Lake had an office just down the road from our house. Heather is the best. In fact, I like her so much I'm now driving back to Suttons Bay to see her since her office location changed. She's professional & personable. She honestly seems to care & no question goes unanswered. One of the best things is that Heather truly listens to what I have to say. She provides her recommendations & also considers what I request. 2. I also see Dr. Mathew Jackson, DO for cortisone injections, when needed for carpal tunnel issues in both hands. I'm very comfortable with Dr. Jackson. What I truly like is that he uses the ultrasound for a very specifically guided injection point. 3. Crystal Lake Health Center has multiple locations. I have utilized services at 3 of their offices. Each time I've called for an appointment I've been able to get one scheduled when needed. The wait time is very minimal all the way around, at each office I've been to, from check-in, to room, to the doctor actually coming into the room. They offer video appointments & the connection is easy. The patient portal is stable, meaning my requests are actually received. If you happen to be uninsured make sure they are aware when you schedule. They will work with you."
