"Very rude. Did not open on time was rude about not opening the doors and we were told because we wanted to talk to so one that they couldn't make them magically appear so very insulting they don't answer the phone even though you can see them just talking to each other. And I drove all the way over there just to be treated like that I'm sick. I needed to see my doctor not get treated like that. We were told it was there responsibility to open the doors on time. Had to edit this post sorry not feeling well."

"Dr North is very thorough, 10 years ago, my primary family doctor of 35 years retired, it's been exhausting trying to find a Dr. That wants to look deeper into the of a problem and that was not a pill pusher, if they can avoid, I have now been with East Jordan Family Health Center I think for approx about 2 years now, and I am comfortable and now can exhale, my daughter goes to one of the other Dr.s and she also feels the same. So I didn't want to be one of these people that give you one line reason.... Details are VERY Important!"

"Not impressed. EJFHC Operator is rude and not very professional, told her I wanted to try to schedule an appointment for today and she laughed and said yeah right then put me on hold. She never ask what for or anything. Which it’s for my sick son. After waiting on hold for what seemed forever I finally hung up."

"I love my dr. Molly and her Medical assistant are absolutely amazing. They are compassionate and understanding. They go above and beyond for me. I am completely grateful for you two ladies, I could not ask for a better team on my side."

"Love the new place. Very large capacity building that's warm and inviting. The new staff (at least to me lol) is kind, courteous and each has a different but great personality. Feels more like a top notch dental clinic."
