"This pharmacist is on an ego trip, except that she has no reason to have an ego. I'm being treated by a neuroimmunologist at Johns Hopkins, and this lady decided that she knew better than him. Even though I had a prescription she insisted on speaking directly to the doctor. Then when his nurse called TWICE, she STILL wasn't appeased. She was asking what my symptoms were, what the medication was being used for, etc., etc., etc. She ended up costing me almost 2 days at work, and I was without my DOCTOR PRESCRIBED medicine for 3 days. No one grows up wanting to be a pharmacist. They want to be doctors or scientists. Becoming a pharmacist is what happens when you can't hack it in med school. This lady is clearly trying to live out her childhood fantasy by PLAYING DOCTOR. But listen 'sweetie', there's a reason he's neuroimmunologist at Johns Hopkins and you're a pharmacist at Meijer. And it's not because YOU'RE the smart one here. So shut-up and count to 30. It's about all you're good for."

"Garbage service. How are yall gonna tell me it'll be ready in 2 hours and I come more then 2 hours later, no one line and then tell me to wait. Then my medications ready and no one says anything and then there's a huge line and I'm waiting again?... fix your system of how you operate its poor."

"Horrible customer service! I have to wait until 30 days after I last filled my prescription to call and have it filled. So I called on Wed. and realized by Fri. at 5pm that I hadn't heard about my prescription. I called Meijer Pharmacy and find out that my prior authorization had expired - No phone call, no email, nothing. So now I had to call my dr. at 5pm on Fri. to START the process - it will take up to 2 weeks!!!!!!!!!! Thanks Meijer! Useless, rude, unprofessional pharmacists at the Northville MI store. Every time I called to see when I could get my prescription refilled in the past, I spoke to 3 different people that told me 3 different things. Basically, they are all clueless here."

"Called yesterday and pharmacy confirmed they were packaging it up "as we speak." Waited til morning because it was 630 pm, near closing. I show up at 1030 and the rude pharmacy tech, Aviana, told me my prescription is due on today's shipment later. I called her out and then suddenly she can get it ready right now if I'd like to wait. I said we'll yes as she rolled her eyes and walked away. Why the lies and u professionalism?!?! Meijer pharmacy needs some training on customer service because I'll be taking my business elsewhere."
